Ground standing ticket: You must be at least 15 years old to enter. Those under 15 will not be allowed to enter, even with a valid ticket. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Seating ticket: Children aged 12 and older may enter alone. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Each person must have a ticket, and the same price applies to all ages.

[How to pick up the tickets]

The ticket pick-up will be available at the event venue on the event day. The details of the ticket pick-up location and the exact opening hours will be sent to you in a separate email 2 days before the event.

[Trazy Voucher Package]
This package includes a Trazy Voucher worth USD 10, which can be used toward the purchase of any tours or activities on Trazy.

The Trazy Voucher is valid until Sept 15, 2026.

Cancellation policy

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
Until July 19, 2026: 100% refund.
From July 20, 2026: non-refundable.

You cannot transfer the tickets to others (the customer’s name under the reservation cannot be changed).
Change in the number of tickets / partial cancellation is available only when the customer who originally made the reservation requests. The change / cancellation will be processed according to the cancellation policy.
